As of today I'm down 2 pounds since Sunday. Woot!
However, I'm also really, really tired. I ellipticaled this morning and felt every single second. And I'm still feeling it in my thighs. Which doesn't make much sense since I've done the elliptical many times over the past couple of weeks without sore muscles hours after the fact. I believe muscle aches are a side effect of detoxing. That's right, body, flush out those toxins.
At least I don't have a killer headache like last year. I just kind of want to lay my head down on my desk and have a little nap. Maybe I'll have some applesauce. Fruit always perks me up.

You are brave & courageous!!! I downloaded a detox diet (inspired by you) from savingdinner.com, and I am just too chicken to do it. I don't know how I would emotionally survive, let alone my body revolting like that. But I'm getting closer to getting the guts.
Oh, you're too kind. Actually, after getting past the first few days when my body was detoxing, I feel great now!
