1500 in 27:45
I still didn't hit 27:30, but I got pretty darn close. I shaved 1:30 off my time from yesterday and I'm happy about that.
110 laps this morning (I love Saturdays when I don't have to be anywhere afterwards). I did a little butterfly after the 1500, although by about the 3rd lap, my arms were yelling at me. Then I came home and did some weight exercises and some crunches and such. Today is my high calorie day and I thought I should earn it.
