So I'm feeling a little better.
Still frustrated.
But I got up off the couch and went to the gym and did a half hour of weights and HIIT elliptical (I got there too late to swim laps. The pool has very specific hours for lap swimming.) Anyway, a good load of endorphins has improved my mood a lot.
I'm off to a day of parties and fun and I will stick to my food goals.
