So I did Amy's bum exercises last night and they were pretty good. A couple of them felt completely ridiculous, but I really liked the ones where I had to focus on balance as well as actually doing the exercise. I liked the Tree Arabesque
and the Glute Swoop
for the balancing aspects.I planned to run again this morning, but my legs are pretty sore from all the work I've been giving them (weights and elliptical Tuesday, running yesterday) so I thought they deserved a day off. This means I won't make my workout 5 times per week goal this week, but next week will be another story.
