Snack: 1 Cup of skim milk
Lunch: Hodge podge - salmon, mushroom and snow pea salad, chicken, and Korean sushi
Snack: Robek's Raspberry Romance
Dinner: 1/2 order of angel hair with tomatoes and garlic
Exercise: 30 minutes of weights, 40 minutes on elliptical
