Honestly, though the only people I talk about it with are my boyfriend, my roommates, and a friend of mine who is also pursuing her own weight loss efforts. I was exaggerating when I said it's all I talk about. <BR/> <BR/>I like knowing that I'm taking care of myself and working on getting to a healthy weight. I eat within a healthy range (right now 1430-1780 calories a day) and work out regularly.
